As staff of Windsor Pentecostal Church, through all of the ministries and work we do; it can all be summed up in one word ~ relationship. Geoffrey Ryan
Lead Pastor
Pastor Geoffrey Ryan was born in Robert's Arm, the oldest of five children. He graduated form Eastern Pentecostal Bible College in Peterborough Ontario with a Bachelors Degree in Religious Education. In August 1987, Geoff married Glenda Hill of Little Burnt Bay and they have three adult children: Andrew (Amanda), Joshua (Paula), Jessica and two cherished grandchildren: Brodie and Lily. Geoff has been a pastor with the PAONL since January 1987 and has served the following churches: Robert's Arm (Youth Pastgor 1987-1988), St. John's (Bethesda Youth Pastor 198801990), Springdale (Youth Pastor 1990-1992 and Assistant Pastor 1992-1994), Happy Valley-Goose Bay (Lead Pastor 1994-1999), Creston North (Lead Pastor 1999-2002), Victoria (Bethel Pentecostal Church 2002-2019).
Barry Pelley
Assistant & Connections Pastor
Barry & Bonnie were married on April 16, 1981 at St. Lunaire-Griquet. They started their full-time pastoral ministry with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland & Labrador in the fall of 1982. They have two married daughters, Jillian (Bobby), Lewisporte and Julie (Andrew), Southeast Asia. Their pride and joy are in their four grandchildren; Molly & Charlie (Lewisporte) and Jesse & Marigold (Southeast Asia).
Pastor Barry & Bonnie have been pastoring for the past 41 years. They have served in the following assemblies:
Bide Arm, Corner Brook West (Youth), Seal Cove, White Bay, Charlottetown Labrador, Pasadena, Lewisporte (Assistant) and Bishop’s Falls. They are currently serving in Port Anson.
Over the years, Pastor Barry has also served in a number of leadership roles with the PAONL as well as a number of local committees in the towns where they pastored.
Bonnie was a stay-at-home-mom for the early childhood years of their children. For the past 20 year she has worked in office administrator/office manager positions.
Pastor Barry’s greatest desire is that he might please God. To humbly honour Him and bring glory to Him by being a faithful servant in what He has entrusted to his care and keeping ... The Gospel! Winning souls to Christ is at the very heartbeat of his ministry. He seeks to build a trusting relationship with people, one that reciprocates the trust for each other. His aim is to also edify and build up the body of Christ through anointed and sound teaching, preaching and instruction in the Word.
